Reflective Practice - an Overview
The Community Development Learning Initiative supports learning that strengthens citizen-led community development in Calgary. We know that the most effective way to become a successful community builder is through learning in action. Reflective practice is a process that supports those involved in community development work to enhance their neighbourhood work through an intentional process of self-awareness and critical thinking. CDLI is currently offering a free reflective practice learning opportunity for community development practitioners who have been involved in neighbourhood work for 3 years or less. New! Please contact Jill Koch at: firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions about CDLI’s reflective practice initiative.
